Job Summary
Financial Relationship Banker responsibilities include retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products, delivering excellent customer service, resolving issues, educating customers on bank technology, and collaborating with partners to deepen relationships. The role emphasizes building relationships through pre-set appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process, while adhering to policies and risk procedures. Strong communication, knowledge of banking products, and comfort with technology are key. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and experience in banking or financial services, with the ability to present and communicate effectively and leverage digital banking tools. Employment is full-time with a flexible work arrangement (in-office and work-from-home) and no immigration sponsorship provided by Huntington.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- customer service and sales experience in banking or financial services or goal-driven retail sales or B2B sales OR military service in administration/contracting/civil affairs or similar role
