Job Summary
Financial Relationship Banker responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan and other banking products and services. Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service, educate customers on bank technology, and collaborate with internal partners to deepen relationships while adhering to policies and risk guidelines. Effective communication, relationship-building, and presenting banking solutions to customers are essential to success.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales, or business to business sales experience or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs or similar role
