Job Summary
Advising on a wide range of financial regulation, fintech and financial services matters; guiding clients through regulatory compliance requirements and licensing processes; providing advice on digital assets, payments and emerging financial products; supporting clients navigating evolving regulatory areas such as regtech and BNPL; collaborating with international teams to deliver integrated solutions; helping clients leverage technology to drive operational efficiency; building client relationships and supporting business development.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with 1-3 years PQE in financial services or fintech
- Experience advising on regulatory compliance, licensing, and fintech products
- Knowledge of digital assets, payments, and regtech
- Ability to collaborate with international teams and develop client relationships
