Job Summary
Financial Program Specialist role focusing on evaluating and optimizing the company’s sales financing programs. Responsibilities include budgeting and management of sales programs, auditing lender subsidy files and program documents, processing program documents and incentives, tracking program performance and take rates, generating weekly/monthly reports, supporting IT/data projects (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SAP), and providing strategic recommendations based on data insights. Requires data analysis, KPI development, cross-functional collaboration (Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales), and proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word; plus Power BI and SQL as a plus. Emphasizes insight generation, dashboard/reporting, and guidance on measurement and goals across teams. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience
- Travel required: 0 > 20%
- Strategic problem solving and critical thinking
- Ability to effectively communicate, persuade and influence external and internal communication (Written/Verbal)
- Demonstrate business acumen
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Prior experiences in equipment finance or real estate finance is a plus
- Required skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Advanced skills in Power BI, MS Excel, SQL are a plus
