Job Summary

Analyze market trends, customer data, and behavior to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and engagement optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define readiness requirements, coordinate controlled tests, and execute product lifecycle management initiatives from development through launch. Monitor performance metrics, evaluate product hypotheses, and implement adjustments to drive scalable growth and successful market expansion. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by designing and monitoring controls across customer-facing processes. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage dependencies and drive data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in financial product management, focusing on lifecycle and performance optimization
  • Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing market dynamics and customer data to guide strategic product decisions
  • Applies advanced analytical techniques to interpret financial models, evaluate returns, and inform investment recommendations
  • Employs structured ideation frameworks to design innovative, customer-centric solutions within budget, time, and regulatory constraints
  • Experience utilizing PMI/Agile methodologies to deliver customer-facing initiatives on scope, schedule, and budget while managing delivery and operational risks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations and leadership updates
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and execution rigor

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting consumer deposit products, credit cards, lending products, or other consumer financial products
  • Experience leading or supporting product launches, commercialization efforts, or go-to-market initiatives within a large, matrixed organization
  • Experience partnering with field, operations, servicing, contact center, or customer support organizations to implement new products, capabilities, or processes
