Lead the portfolio vision and strategic direction forYouth & Starter Offering & Engagement, shaping product strategy and lifecycle management in a high-impact financial-services context. Drive market analysis, customer segmentation, and investment decisions to strengthen revenue and reduce risk, while building trust-based stakeholder relationships, negotiating strategic partnerships, and ensuring rigorous control adherence. Own end-to-end product outcomes from discovery to expansion and manage cross-functional teams to deliver competitive, compliant solutions that advance market position.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in financial product management or equivalent
- demonstrated cross-functional leadership in product organizations
- strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
- ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycle and customer lifecycle from discovery to expansion
- experience in risk and regulatory compliance within financial services
- ability to drive revenue growth and manage P&L responsibilities
- stakeholder management and strategic partnership development
- excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
