Job Summary
Lead/participate in optimizing the use of eMoney within wealth-management operations; train new users and users converting from different financial planning tools; troubleshoot issues for advisor/planning teams; stay up to date on the custom eMoney environment and new features; create training materials and PowerPoint presentations; manage onboarding/offboarding lists for eMoney users; provide support to internal financial planning resources across areas of expertise; work with custodians and client performance reporting systems to resolve tech issues; maintain written procedures and continuously improve processes to increase efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in wealth management/financial planning
- Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
- General financial services industry knowledge
- Focused on financial planning (FP) and working toward the CFP designation
- Advanced level of knowledge in eMoney FP software
- Familiarity with MoneyGuide Pro FP software
- Can work effectively in a remote/virtual environment, with a distributed team
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Clear communication abilities
