Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing remote team of Financial Planners and Paraplanners. Oversee daily workflow, prioritize assignments, and ensure timely, accurate completion of financial plans and client deliverables. Review financial plans, reports, and recommendations to maintain quality and consistency. Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching and feedback, and support ongoing professional development. Improve team processes, workflows, and documentation to increase efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with advisors and leadership to support client needs and achieve departmental goals. Ensure accurate client records, compliance documentation, and proper use of financial planning software. Track team performance metrics, prepare management reports, and assist with special projects as needed. Work onsite in Fort Worth, TX, Monday through Thursday.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or paraplanning
- 5 years of leadership or people management experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced knowledge of comprehensive financial planning, investments, retirement planning, insurance, and tax planning concepts
- Extensive experience with eMoney Advisor
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy
- Willing to work onsite in our Fort Worth office
Desired Qualifications
- CFP® certification a plus
- Experience managing or supervising a remote or overseas Financial Planning or Paraplanning team is strongly preferred
