Job Summary

Lead and develop the Client Administration team in Leeds to deliver high-quality service, regulatory compliant processes and an outstanding client experience. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring team members, conducting appraisals and performance management, ensuring accurate documentation for financial planners, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with financial planners and paraplanners to prepare suitability reports. Drive capacity planning, training needs, risk management, and continuous improvement while promoting service excellence across the organisation. Hybrid working model with a focus on delivering high standards of client service within a regulated financial planning environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in client administration within the Financial Planning, delivering high standards of accuracy, compliance and client satisfaction.
  • Proven leadership capability with experience managing, developing and motivating high-performing teams
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to lead by example, manage competing demands and ensure deadlines are consistently met in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage, influence and inspire both team members and senior stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members, supporting career growth, improving performance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
  • A strong client-centric mindset, championing service excellence and ensuring the delivery of an high level client experience at all times.
  • Excellent standard of education, ideally degree qualified but not essential
