Job Summary
Provide dedicated, accurate, and efficient sales support for Financial Planning Consultants by processing new business trades, fund switches, and pension withdrawals while liaising with product providers. Deliver administration support for valuations and servicing transfers, ensuring client information is stored and updated accurately on relevant systems. Act as the link between clients and consultants to keep them informed on financial affairs, issuing policy documents and contract notes within agreed turnaround timescales. Report any complaints, breaches, or losses to the Compliance Manager immediately and support consultants with post-meeting administration to meet strict deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Prioritise and plan own workload, with an ability to effectively manage own time and achieve strict time scales
- Collaboration is important to us as a firm, with employees required to be in the office 3 days a week, and each team having a core in-office day per week
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing administrative support to advisers within a wealth management organisation is desirable
- Demonstrable pensions and investment product knowledge
- Working towards the CII Level 4 qualification desirable
- A knowledge of Intelligent Office desirable
