Financial Planning and Forecasting Analyst

Job Summary
Planning & Forecast Analyst to provide monthly and annual forecast support, including CMF, ABP, FLIP, and ad-hoc tasks. Responsibilities include preparing monthly Sales, CoGs, A&P, OPEX (P&L) and Cash Flow forecasts; maintaining financial models for monthly/quarterly forecasts; performing variance analyses with actionable commentary; submitting CMF and ABP into BISON; and producing internal management reports (e.g., MPR) for executive leadership. Requires Bachelor’s in a related field, 3-5 years FP&A experience (prefer FMCG), strong Excel skills with advanced formulas, and ability to analyse and communicate financial information and stakeholder needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, Economics, IT
- 3-5 years experience in FP&A/Finance preferably in FMCG
- experience in financial planning/budgeting/FP&A/FBP
- proficient Excel with advanced formulas
- strong analytical, modelling and forecasting skills
- ability to prepare management reports and variance analyses
- experience with CMF/ABP processes and P&L/Cash Flow forecasting
