Job Summary
Conduct thorough client consultations to understand financial needs, analyze life insurance policies for optimal fit, and provide tailored recommendations on UL, IUL, and term products. Manage concurrent projects by preparing presentation materials, handling application processes, and ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with advisors to integrate annuity solutions into comprehensive financial plans while staying current on industry trends and carrier product changes. Support Vanbridge's growth by guiding partners on strategy execution and utilizing AI tools to enhance planning efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Life Insurance products
- Minimum two-three years of related experience
- Experience in insurance and financial services
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experts in life portfolio
- Life, Health, FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 (a plus or obtain within 90 days)
- Working knowledge of Insurance industry software
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Proven experience working in client support, portfolio management, relationship management or paraplanner role, within the financial services industry
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in AI, Claude, Microsoft Office products and CRM applications
- Highly organized and project management skills required
- Ability to prioritize workflow and requests for deliverables based on stated needs of advisor and client relationships and their meaningfulness and impact to the success of the business unit
- Ability to portray confidence, persuasiveness, and credibility over the phone, in virtual meetings and potentially in person
- Must be able to innovative, pro-actively manage time and follow through to complete tasks
Desired Qualifications
- Location preference: close to the NY Metro area
- Series 63 certification (a plus or obtain within 90 days)
