Job Summary
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities to drive performance and support growth initiatives. Oversee the Quarterly Business Review process, delivering comprehensive insights to senior management, while preparing reports and dashboards to inform strategic decisions. Manage annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting, analyzing data to identify trends and variances that improve business performance. Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance, optimize FP&A processes and systems, and develop long-term financial models. Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team within the FMCG industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- At least 5 years in a leadership role within the FMCG industry
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and financial planning software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting financial reports to senior management
- Proven leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- In-depth knowledge of FMCG industry dynamics, market trends, and key business drivers
- Proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- MBA, MSc in Finance, or CFA designation
