Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis Manager position at UAMS responsible for end-to-end financial support for assigned clinical service lines, partnering with clinical and administrative leaders to align financial performance with operational realities. Lead monthly performance reviews, develop and standardize KPI frameworks (revenue, expense, productivity, and margin metrics), translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations, and support staffing models, clinic capacity, and growth investments. Maintain data quality and integrity across cost centers and reporting structures; collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate reflections of activity; leverage benchmarking sources (MGMA, Vizient) and systems (Epic, Workday, Strata) to inform insights. Require a Bachelor’s degree and relevant FP&A/ healthcare finance experience; preferred certifications such as CPA or MBA. This role is full-time with sponsorship not available and is a hybrid clinical finance position focusing on performance improvement and financial stewardship.
