Job Summary
Financial Planning and Analysis Manager responsible for the company’s finance and accounting processes including A/P, A/R, G/L, and financial analysis; leads month-end close, budget, and forecasting, with in-depth reporting for Senior Leadership; ensures US GAAP and SOX compliance, oversees staff, drives process improvements, and provides weekly revenue/forecast reporting along with annual budgeting and variance analyses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
- 10 years of related experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics SL is considered an asset
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills; working with large datasets from multiple systems
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
