Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, Nuclear Fuel

Lead FP&A for Nuclear Fuel manufacturing at Westinghouse, owning the monthly/quarterly forecasting and reporting processes for P&L and cash flow, and partnering with Nuclear Fuel Leadership to provide results, forecasts, and variance explanations. Drive the development of the 5-year business plan with stakeholders (SIOP, Capital, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, Corporate, OPX), and consolidate the annual plan. Ensure data quality, timeliness, and accuracy of all financial reporting and analysis, support internal and external audit requests, and uphold SOX/compliance standards. Manage monthly close, provide Ad Hoc analyses, and mentor direct reporting personnel. Serve as SME for SAP/BPC and related financial systems. Requires a Bachelor's degree (Accounting preferred), 8+ years of FP&A experience, SAP/BPC experience, and manufacturing exposure; MBA is preferred. Hybrid work arrangement based in Cranberry Township, PA.
