Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Leads a financial planning and analysis team, overseeing financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting activities; develops and maintains financial models for strategic planning; collaborates with other departments to gather financial information; conducts variance analysis and presents findings to senior management; provides insights and recommendations for financial decision-making. Requires strong leadership and team-management abilities, advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation capabilities, and proficiency in financial software and Excel. Some travel may be required to attend cross-functional team meetings or product launches; hybrid schedule with core hours 9am-5pm, Monday–Friday.
