Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Summary
Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support operational and strategic decision-making across the business. Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI tracking for executive leadership while analyzing variances to provide actionable commentary. Partner with cross-functional teams in Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to drive cost discipline, evaluate business performance, and optimize resource allocation through scenario analysis and investment appraisals. Maintain and update financial models, P&L projections, and cash flow forecasts to identify trends and risks. Manage month-end close activities by validating accruals and investigating variances. Improve FP&A processes by streamlining templates, automating reports, and enhancing data accuracy using Tableau and ERP systems. This individual contributor role offers high analytical ownership within a mission-driven environment focused on plant-rich products and global sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
- 5-10+ years of relevant FP&A or financial analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing or consumer goods
- Strong financial modeling skills, including advanced Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (JDE or similar) and reporting tools (Tableau or similar)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial partners
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong business relationships
