Job Summary
FP&A Lead to work with the CFO at OnePoint BFG, overseeing firm-wide P&L and AUM reporting, budgeting and forecasting, headcount planning, and materials for the Board; will support M&A modeling/due diligence, develop comprehensive financial models, collaborate on long-term strategic plans, create executive presentations, lead special projects, and drive data-driven decision-making through advanced visualization; requires 7+ years in FP&A/finance, degree in finance/economics, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience in wealth management or related fields.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations or comparable experience
- Experience in wealth management, private equity, consulting or corporate strategy preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience managing/consolidating forecasts and annual operating plans
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple assignments
- Attention to detail and high standards for quality and accuracy in work product
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (e.g. financial modeling, macros, pitch decks)
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
