Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Director - Retail | Saudi Arabia

Own and lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes aligned with corporate strategy. Act as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership, providing forward-looking insights on business performance, risks, and opportunities. Oversee analysis of financial results, KPIs, sales trends, margins, and inventory performance to drive profitability. Lead preparation of executive-level financial reports and dashboards for Board and C-suite decision-making. Drive financial evaluation of strategic initiatives including new store openings, market expansion, and capital investments through advanced modeling. Provide strategic oversight of operating expenses and champion continuous improvement of FP&A frameworks. Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and proactive risk management within the retail environment. Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A organization with a focus on talent pipelines and accountability. Requires 15+ years of FP&A experience in large-scale retail operations and strong executive communication skills.
