Financial Planning and Analysis Director

Job Summary
FP&A Director will lead HALA’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management; build scalable financial models for revenue, cost, cash flow, profitability, and valuation scenarios; partner with business units on commercial initiatives, pricing, and unit economics; support fundraising, IPO readiness, and strategic growth initiatives; provide data-driven insights to leadership and board; manage monthly/quarterly management reporting and risk/opportunity assessment; lead and develop the FP&A team and drive process improvements in reporting and analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- MBA, CFA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification is preferred
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or financial control
- Experience in fintech, banking, payments, SaaS, technology, or high-growth companies strongly preferred
- Previous experience supporting senior leadership, board reporting, fundraising, or IPO readiness a plus
Desired Qualifications
