Job Summary
Strategic FP&A role supporting multiple divisions by translating financial data into actionable insights, developing and maintaining budgeting, forecasting, and dashboards, collaborating with Accounting, IT, and Data Analytics, building financial models, monitoring performance against budgets and KPIs, and presenting recommendations to senior leaders. Works with business leaders across HVAC, MEP design, energy efficiency, weatherization, plumbing, electrical, and construction services to drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of FP&A experience in a large, complex organization
- Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Demonstrated ability to present complex financial data to executives and business leaders
- Collaborative experience working with Accounting, IT, and Data Analytics teams
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Velixo, and Microsoft BI
