Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

Conduct in-depth analysis of historical data, forecasts, and key projects to support financial decision-making. Collaborate closely with accounting teams across different countries to ensure accurate financial reporting and mitigate project risks. Create insightful presentations, identify variances from forecasts and budgets, and proactively suggest opportunities for improvement. This role reports directly to the Director of FP&A within Hill International's Chalandri office in Athens, requiring a bachelor's degree in finance or economics and at least three years of experience in a multinational environment.
