Job Summary
Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst role at ABB with hybrid work in Bangalore. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data; updating budgets and forecasting models; identifying trends and problems; communicating insights; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes. Requires experience in SAP FICO, S/4HANA, COPA, MS Office, and strong English communication; manufacturing industry experience; ability to work with diverse teams across countries. Responsibilities include benchmarking KPIs, understanding drivers of financial performance, developing financial models for hypotheses, and ensuring accuracy of financial data and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Total 2-3 Year of experience in financial planning and analysis in Manufacturing industry with CA/CMA degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Thorough / detail-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Hands on experience in SAP FICO, S/4HANA and COPA modules
- Experience with MS Office
- Ability to work with diverse teams across different countries
