Job Summary
Support assigned field operations with annual budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing business planning by developing rolling budgets that analyze revenue, costs, and operational drivers. Prepare regular financial analyses for regions or locations, evaluating key performance indicators to assess their impact on results and long-term initiatives. Collaborate closely with General Managers to support action plan development, provide consultation on financial performance and risks, and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency. Assist in designing incentive and bonus plan criteria aligned with business objectives. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Travel up to 25%. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, planning, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Comfort working with large data sets and multiple data sources
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Valid work authorization
