Job Summary
Finance transformation and systems architecture lead FP&A-driven role combining finance operations, data modeling, and AI automation. Build forecasting models across product, channel and territory; redesign chart of accounts; map system integrations; automate workflows to improve data flow and decision-making across a growing global business. Collaborate across Finance, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain and Technology to shape planning, reporting and decision support as the organization scales. Apply AI tooling to forecasting, reporting, reconciliations and data workflows; drive KPI reporting and data integrity for investment readiness and scale. Requires experience with ERP migrations (SAP), finance data structures, Excel/Google Sheets modelling, SQL, and BI tools (e.g. Looker); strong communication across technical and non-technical teams; proactive problem-solving and ability to bring structure to complex data challenges. There is a four-day work week and other benefits listed.
Required Qualifications
- Strong FP&A, commercial finance or finance transformation experience in a fast-moving business
- Deep systems thinking and hands-on experience with ERP migrations or finance transformations
- Solid understanding of finance data structures: GLs, dimensions, hierarchies and master data governance
- Confident with large datasets, Excel/Google Sheets modelling, SQL and BI tools (e.g. Looker)
- Practical understanding of how AI tooling can be applied in finance
- Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical teams
- Naturally curious, proactive and comfortable bringing structure to messy problems
