Job Summary
Lead and own StoneAge’s financial planning and analysis systems to enable disciplined execution at scale. Design and operate the budgeting, forecasting, reporting cadence, and accountability mechanisms; build models that translate strategy into clear financial outcomes; deliver variance analysis and performance insights for senior leadership; partner with leaders across functions to drive accountability and align financial plans with operational execution; establish financial discipline in planning and performance management; develop FP&A capability through coaching and clear expectations; drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and reporting to support growth and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
- Experience building and operating budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes at scale
- Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable financial plans and scenarios
- Proven ability to deliver clear, decision-oriented financial insights to senior leadership
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with business leaders to drive performance and accountability
- Track record of improving financial visibility, reporting cadence, and planning discipline
- Experience managing or leading others, with a focus on coaching and performance accountability
- Background investigation required
