Financial Planning & Analysis Manager – LATAM

Job Summary
Senior FP&A Manager responsible for leading LATAM financial planning, forecasting, and FX risk management. Drive multi-scenario modeling, manage currency hedging programs (forwards, options, natural hedges), partner with regional leaders to protect operating margins and optimize cash flows, and collaborate with Supply Chain and S&OP teams. Responsibilities include annual budgeting, monthly rolling forecasts, detailed financial forecasting models, KPI monitoring, and ad hoc performance analyses to support strategic decision-making across LATAM markets. Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese a plus. 8+ years in FP&A/Corporate Finance with regional LATAM focus; MBA/CFA/CPA highly preferred; strong Excel modeling and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. MBA, CFA or CPA is highly preferred.
