Job Summary
Manager, FP&A responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting; partners with operating teams to translate operational data into accurate financial projections; develops dashboards and KPIs for senior leadership; mentors FP&A analysts; drives process improvements, automation, and use of AI tools for forecasting and reporting; requires strong analytical skills, GAAP knowledge, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and effective communication with executive leadership; Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics; 5-7 years in FP&A or related roles; Oil & gas upstream experience preferred; Fort Worth, TX based; on-site role with strong cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related finance and accounting roles
- Oil and gas industry experience required (upstream E&P strongly preferred)
- Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Demonstrated lead FP&A experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
