Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

As FP&A Manager at Farther, you’ll own the financial planning engine—budgets, forecasts, models—and the stories that tie them together. You’ll be a go-to partner for senior leadership, translating complex financials into clear, actionable insight and helping the company make smarter bets as we scale. Your impact includes leading the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasts; building and owning monthly management reporting packages with variance analysis and driver narratives; developing dynamic financial models for long-range planning, scenario analysis, and business case evaluations; partnering with business leaders to provide financial guidance; tracking KPIs and surfacing risks and opportunities; owning and improving the financial planning infrastructure; supporting board and investor reporting; and collaborating with Accounting on the close process to ensure actuals flow into reporting and forecast models. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or related finance roles, the ability to build complex models from scratch, advanced Excel and planning-tool experience, a knack for turning data into exec-ready outputs, comfort in a fast-moving environment, and strong communication skills to explain financials to non-finance audiences.
