Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Drive the annual budget and rolling forecast by building models, challenging operator inputs, and producing near-final versions for the CFO. Prepare monthly and quarterly board and lender reporting packages with variance analysis and supporting narratives. Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting across service lines, geographies, and business units. Perform deep-dive analysis on revenue, margin, clinician utilization, staffing, and cost drivers to translate numbers into decision-ready insights. Partner across Operations, Clinical, RCM, and HR to strengthen financial visibility. Support M&A activity including modeling, diligence, and post-close integration tracking. Maintain core financial models for planning, performance tracking, and lender compliance. This hands-on execution role serves as the right hand to the CFO, offering a clear path to Director within a private equity-backed ABA therapy provider ranked on the Inc. 5000.
