Job Summary
FP&A Specialist responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. Key duties include managing annual budgets and forecasts, developing financial models, monitoring key metrics and variances, producing monthly/quarterly/annual management reports, collaborating with department heads for budget alignment, and driving efficiency in financial processes. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics, 3–5 years in FP&A or related finance role, strong financial modeling and forecasting skills, proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools, and excellent analytical and communication abilities. ERP experience is a plus; professional certifications (ACA/ACCA/CFA/CIMA) are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance role
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage
- Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CIMA) is a plus
