Job Summary
FP&A Analyst supporting the Human Resources and Corporate Benefits functions with financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Partners with HR stakeholders to inform budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning; conducts monthly variance analyses and supports month-end close and recurring/ ad hoc reporting. Develops insights from financial and operational data, contributes to business reviews and strategic planning materials, and assists with advanced financial modeling related to corporate benefits (plan design, vendor costs, utilization trends). Identifies risks/opportunities and drives improvements to reporting, forecasting, and FP&A processes while ensuring data integrity and control. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience; strong analytical and modeling skills; experience with Snowflake, Power BI, or other dashboarding tools.
