Job Summary
Manage annual budgeting and forecasting processes while partnering with Finance Managers and business teams to drive strategic decision-making. Produce qualitative and quantitative financial analysis, create management reports for Senior Leadership, and conduct deep-dive analyses on key client issues. Serve as a liaison across Firm-wide P&A, lines of business, and Functional Finance teams to ensure accurate data integrity and timely initiative delivery. Monitor key performance indicators to provide actionable insights that improve financial performance. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, three years of F&A experience, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Essbase. Authorized to work in the United States only; no sponsorship provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role within the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Essbase)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to navigate multiple data sets and synthesize them into cohesive presentations
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- CFA, CPA, or MBA
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, Qliksense
- Ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues and think strategically
