Job Summary
FP&A Analyst at Ciullo, Inc. will own and maintain the group’s rolling financial model, lead monthly forecasting, and drive internal reporting and dashboards. You’ll serve as a finance partner to department heads and senior leaders, build business cases for strategic initiatives, and support board/investor reporting. The role emphasizes AI fluency, requiring active use of AI tools in day-to-day work to improve forecasting, reporting, and data workflows, and expects experience configuring FP&A platforms and using BI/tools. The position sits at the center of a fast-scaling healthcare technology portfolio, with opportunities to shape a modern, AI-enabled FP&A function and contribute to resource allocation decisions across a $100M+ revenue portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in an FP&A, finance analyst, or similar analytical finance role
- Strong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency; able to build models from scratch, stress-test assumptions, and present outputs clearly
- Experience preparing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts in a multi-entity or group finance environment
- Ability to translate financial data into clear narrative for non-finance stakeholders
- High attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach to managing competing priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and limited prior structure
- Demonstrable, hands-on experience applying AI tools in a finance context, such as using large language models, AI-assisted analysis, or automation to improve forecasting, reporting, or data workflows; tangible examples of practical application are required
- Proven experience implementing or significantly configuring FP&A platforms or financial reporting tools such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Planful, Vena, or similar
- Experience with BI or reporting tools such as DOMO, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Exposure to healthcare, technology-enabled services, or PE-backed business environments
- Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
- Experience building or maintaining a rolling 12-month financial model
- Familiarity with revenue recognition, cost of service analysis, or clinical program economics
