Job Summary
FP&A Analyst to build transparency around expense reporting and forecasting; partner with IT finance to track BAU vs project spend, ROI for IT projects, and cost trends; develop regular reports and dashboards for executives and finance partners; manage cash and expense budgets; analyze run rates and variances; collaborate to document costs and depreciation schedules; communicate findings to CFO/Finance/FP&A and leadership; leverage advanced Excel, Power BI, and TM1 where applicable; role based in Atlanta or NJ with a hybrid work schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar concentration
- 4+ years of experience in insurance field or similar role
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

- problem solving and decision-making abilities
- collaborative skills in fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, data management principles, vlookups, etc.), PowerPoint, and PowerBI
- Prior TM1 experience a plus
