Job Summary
TD Wealth seeks an experienced Financial Planner in Gaspé to provide mass affluent clients with comprehensive financial planning and advice. Core responsibilities include identifying clients' life and financial goals, conducting comprehensive reviews, building long-term relationships through financial planning expertise and ongoing services, conducting reporting and analysis to draw conclusions and make recommendations, monitoring service and productivity, contributing to team goals, and maintaining risk management practices. Required qualifications include an IPF diploma, CSC or CFA Level 1, 3–5 years banking experience, and bilingual English/French. Preferred: CIRO license within 90 days, CP H within 90 days, Wealth Management Essentials within 30 months, and strong communication skills with collaborative/independent work capability.
Required Qualifications
- Financial planner diploma granted by the Institute of Financial Planning (IPF) required
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or CFA Level 1 (or higher) required
- 3 to 5 years of banking experience
- Bilingualism (English and French) required to serve our clients in the community with English-speaking needs
