Job Summary
The Financial Planner will work with existing clients but predominantly take on new clients from internal referrals and strategic partnerships, focusing on younger professionals in wealth accumulation; provide strategic Superannuation, Investment, Insurance and Cash Flow/Budgeting advice; work with support staff and paraplanners to generate compliant advice; maintain client relationships in a professional fee-for-service environment; collaborate with referral sources to identify opportunities and manage leads; the role offers hybrid flexibility in Melbourne, with opportunities for equity and a competitive salary package.
Required Qualifications
- A related Degree or Graduate Diploma
- FASEA compliance
- Experience with SMSF
- Familiarity with XPlan software (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Planner/Advisor
