Job Summary
Process new account paperwork, resolve routine and complex client service issues, and manage onboarding communication for new clients. Prepare financial plans through eMoney, track asset movement, and coordinate trade, rebalancing, and distribution requests with the firm's trader. Lead weekly team meetings, maintain the client database in Redtail, and ensure compliance activities are up to date. Maintain strong relationships with the financial planning team and general service team while utilizing multiple investment management platforms. Requires Series 7, 66, 6, and 63 licenses, a bachelor's degree, and 3+ years of experience in financial services support or operations. Base salary ranges from $90k to $125k plus benefits including 401(k) matching, health insurance, and professional development assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Series 7 & 66 & 6 & 63 Licenses
- 3+ years of experience in financial services support or operations role
- CFP designation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ideal candidate is extremely well organized and detail oriented
- Must be client-oriented and eager to provide great customer service
- This person must be a team player, and able to work well with the firms general service team
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with LPL's platform, Albridge Solutions, eMoney, DocuSign, Excel Spreadsheets are a plus
