Job Summary
Prepare comprehensive financial plans for prospective and existing clients, including cash flow analysis, investment projections, retirement planning, and estate and tax strategies. Utilize industry-leading software such as eMoney, Morningstar, SS Analyzer, and CRM systems to construct and maintain customized financial modules. Collaborate with sales teams, Wealth Advisors, and specialists in investments, tax, and insurance to deliver integrated client strategies and ensure seamless service delivery. Partner with internal teams to develop workflows that enhance team efficiency and stay current on complex financial planning topics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of CFP® coursework
- A minimum of one year of financial industry–related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Customer service–oriented mindset
- Coachable and eager to learn
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel up to 10%
