Job Summary

Develop and execute relationship management plans, respond to investment requests, and connect clients with appropriate partners. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal investment products and market trends, work across multiple channels and branches, and contribute to overall business results and customer experience. Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical requirements while delivering timely, accurate service, and consider risk management within the bank's framework. The role emphasizes relationship-building, needs-based assessments, and guidance on banking and investment products to meet client goals.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Regulatory/licensing requirements for Financial Planner in province/territory of employment
