Financial Plan & Analysis Specialist

The Reporting Hub Analyst is responsible for the production, automation, and distribution of standard financial management and regulatory reporting for Group Finance. The role centralizes repeatable reporting activities so that Financial controllers and FP&A teams can focus on review, judgement, control, analysis and challenge. It operates within defined reporting standards, calendars and governance, leveraging tools and data sources to produce management reports (R2R, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, Regulatory reporting) and to build dashboards and data models that support performance review and audit-ready outputs. Key duties include producing standard management reports, extracting and aggregating data from multiple sources, operating automated reporting routines, maintaining reporting templates and dashboards, delivering ad hoc data extracts, coordinating the reporting timetable, addressing stakeholder queries, and ensuring data quality and governance across end-to-end reporting processes.
