Financial Performance Advisor – 18-Month Temporary Position

Job Summary
Conduct financial performance reporting and monitoring by developing dashboards, analyzing variances between actuals, budget, and forecasts, and documenting key trends. Maintain data integrity across deliverables while participating in general expense forecasting, updating projections, and consolidating data from various sectors. Identify and communicate variances, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision-making, acting as a business partner to teams through monthly and quarterly performance reviews. Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A practices by optimizing tools and processes. This 18-month temporary position requires 5-7 years of finance experience and advanced English proficiency, located in Quebec or Montreal.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or a related field
- budget and forecasting experience

- Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves producing and presenting financial analyses, participating in performance reviews, and supporting planning and forecasting activities with financial stakeholders and business partners, including U.S. entities and Western Canada, on a regular basis
