Financial OpEx Manager

Job Summary
Act as a finance business partner to departmental heads, providing financial guardrails, challenging spend assumptions, and identifying savings opportunities. Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecast processes for designated business departments, ensuring alignment with corporate targets and continuous improvement in forecast accuracy. Deliver monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews with qualified commentary, explaining what happened, why it occurred, and next steps to improve results. Support leadership with financial models to evaluate new business investments, including ROI, CapEx, and expansion plans. Oversee the purchase order receiving process and ensure compliant management of accruals in strict alignment with closing schedules. Own and automate comprehensive budget trackers, compile fluctuation analysis and MRC review reports for internal audit, and educate business teams on financial policies and processes. Engage in Corporate digital transformation projects utilizing AI and BI solutions while building strong relationships across business groups and supporting functions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of prior experience in corporate finance, Financial Planning & Analysis or financial accounting senior role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

- Excel power user with advanced skill in formulas, strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Docs
- Experience in OneStream and Oracle
- Tableau or other BI systems
