Job Summary
In this role, the Financial Operations Manager will oversee client onboarding, manage a remote team of accountants, and build trusted relationships with clients. Responsibilities include providing exceptional accounting services, coaching team members, and monitoring performance. The position requires strong management abilities, a thorough understanding of accounting practices, and experience with cloud-based technology, particularly QuickBooks. Required Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 10+ years of related accounting experience
- 4+ years of hands-on management experience including hiring, training, and developing a service-oriented team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a multi-client environment
- Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar cloud-based accounting software
- Confidence in learning and embracing new technology
- Ability to develop strong remote team and client relationships
