Financial Operations Lead - DragonPay Team

Lead role overseeing FX and cash management for DragonPay within the Xendit FinOps structure. Responsibilities include managing liquidity strategy and fund flows, supervising and mentoring a 6-8 person team, and driving operational improvements across cross-border cash and FX operations. You will monitor funds, ensure accurate reconciliation of merchant flows, train the team, develop and update SOPs, collaborate with product and other internal teams, and deliver metrics on efficiency and accuracy. The role requires strong data analysis skills, comfort with large datasets, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Location is Manila, Philippines, with daily on-site presence at the DragonPay office in Marikina.
