Job Summary
Year Up United offers a one-year or shorter intensive job training program in the Business pathway, combining training in Business Operations, Financial Operations and Project Management with internships and placement support through YUPRO Placement in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Participants gain customer communications, team-based project coordination, finance training and professional business/communication skills, plus resume building and ongoing guidance; interns receive an educational stipend during the internship phase ($525 per week). Career pathways include HR Coordinator, Data Analysis & Reporting/BI, Fund Accounting, Project Coordinator, Operations Support, and Client Services Support.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree
