Financial Operations Job Training Program

Year Up United offers a one-year (or less) intensive job training program in Boston, MA that blends classroom skill development, internships, and mentorship across four career pathways. The Business pathway combines training in Business Operations, Financial Operations and Project Management, with access to internships and job placement support through YUPRO Placement; internships may be with Bank of America, Merck, Amazon or LinkedIn, among other organizations in the Greater Boston area. Participants gain customer communications, team-based project coordination, and comprehensive finance training, plus professional business and communication skills, resume building, and ongoing guidance. The internship phase provides an educational stipend of $525 per week, and career paths include HR Coordinator, Data Analysis and Reporting/BI, Fund Accounting, Project Coordinator, Operations Support, and Client Services Support.
