Participate in an intensive, one-year program with Monday-Friday availability, receiving personalized coaching, mentorship, and access to internships at organizations like Bank of America, Merck, Amazon, or LinkedIn. Earn an educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase and build professional skills including resume building and networking to launch a career in roles such as Fund Accounting or Operations Support.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
