Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive finance training and development while coordinating team-based projects and managing organizational processes. Apply data to achieve business outcomes through technical and professional skill building in Financial Operations, Business Operations, and Project Management. Participate in an intensive one-year program including in-classroom instruction, personalized coaching, and mentorship, with potential internships at leading Providence-area organizations. Receive an educational stipend of $525 per week and access to job placement services. This pathway prepares participants for roles such as Fund Accounting, Operations Support, or Client Services.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
